Mr Paras Ratna

Paras Ratna is a Reporting Associate at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and has formerly served as a Research Associate for Strategic Affairs, at the Vision India Foundation. He has also been a Research Apprentice at the Observer Research Foundation, the Indian Council for Research in International Economic Relations, and OXFAM India. He has also served as an Evaluator for the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. He holds an MA in Development Studies, from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has published several research articles for online media outlets, think tanks and journals, such as Economic Times, the National Maritime Foundation, the Jindal Journal of International Affairs, The Diplomat, The Hindu, and 9DashLine.
