Ms Jane Chan

Jane Chan is a Senior Fellow at, and Coordinator of, the Maritime Security Programme at the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies. She holds an LLB from the University of Tasmania and an MSc. in International Relations from Nanyang Technological University. Her research areas include maritime security, law and order at sea, and regional institutions and confidence building measures.
